Project Torque – Pac Man (St. Paddy’s Day Event) 03/17

On Monday 03/17 (St. Patrick’s Day) we are going to hold our first ever PT-Pacman live event from 1pm-4pm PST | 8pm-11pm GMT | 8am – 11am 03/18 AEDT.

Here is how it works: In Explorer Mode teams of 4 players will work together to try and collect all the icons before the time runs out.

Here is the catch: There will be 4 GSs in game trying to stop you from doing so. Meaning they will be smashing and crashing into you, pinning you against walls ect… If they manage to let the time run out before all the icons are collect then you lose, if you collect them all you win! Simple, Right? We will see;)

Rules: There really are none, no license level, car restrictions, restrictions on consumables ect. The only rule there is you can only compete in one Race. If you win you win if you lose you win but not nearly as much

Where:
Exlporer Mode Lobby – St. Paddy’s day event room – Mud Map – if we have enough GSs to help we may open a second room. Watch for ingame announcments for additional details.

Prizes:
For Simply participating – 5k RP per person (Happy St. Paddy’s day)
If you are on a team that manages to collect all the tokens – your choice of a Toyota Corolla with some purty (greenish) paint or 40k rp. Winners will be sent a PM on the forums where they can respond with the prize of their choice.

We will try to get as many people a chance to participate in this event as 3 hours will allow. If you race, regardless of what happens (CTDing included, so restart your client/machine beforehand to help reduce the risk) you cannot race again. Anyone that remains in the room or tries to enter for a second time will be kicked.
