New Track Best Lap Time Contest
With the introduction of new tracks to PT we will be starting a new contest. At the end of a certain period of time (about 1 week after the introduction of each new track) we will be awarding the player with the best lap time for that given track 5000 AP and post their name up on our website’s contest page for all to see!!

This contest ends on Wednesday 03/19 at 7pm PST | 3am GMT | 3/20 2pm AEDT. Whoever holds the best lap time at that exact time will be awarded 5000 AP.

Other Prizes:
2nd Best Lap Time – 20000 RP and the new hood for which ever car they set the time with.
3rd Best Lap Time – 10000 RP and the new hood for which ever car they set the time with.
4th Best Lap time – 5000 RP, and the new hood for which ever car they set the time with.
5th Best Lap time – 2500 RP and the new hood for which ever car they set the time with.
(Note: these new style items listed will be exclusive to the winners until the following weeks release.)

Additional Prizes:
The top lap times for each car class will get 10k RP. So 10k RP to the best lap times for:
Class 1 Cars – Corus S3, Miyota Wizz, Kawana K-660, Lion Executive, C-Racer, Buggy, Corolla
Class 2 Cars – Hexan GT, Quadro
Class 4 Cars – MR2, Lagoon, Stallion
Class 5 Cars – Harpoon, RX7, WRX STI, Evo MR

Rules (please read):
Each player will only be awarded for one best lap time and may only get that specific award once per 4 weeks. So if a player achieves one of the five best overall lap times, they will not be eligible for the any of the Class Specific best lap times for that week. So say a player gets the best over lap time for the specified track, the will get the 5k AP and not be eligible for any of the other prizes that week. Same goes for 2nd-5th best overall lap times. So the player with the best lap times for each car class, that are not in the top 5 best “overall” lap times, will be the prize winners for that car class. Also once you win the best lap time for one of the categories you may not win that same prize more then once. For example, if you get the best overall lap time for Serpentine/Touge you will get the 5k AP one time but will not be eligible for that same prize again for any of the other tracks. You may receive a prize for any of the other categories (2nd-5th best overall or best car class time) in the future but not for any category you have already won the prize for. Once the 4 weeks is up, players that won a particular category will be eligible to win that prize again.
I have created these new rules to allow many different people to have a chance at winning these contests. If I have not made them clear please let me know.

Special note:
If a GS/GM hold any of the World Records on the lap the award will go to the next best time. The GM/GS team members are ineligible for any and all contests, but may still race, so there is the possibility of one to hold a record.
