Abuse Reporting System Terms of Service

Acceptable Reports:

Replays are only for crashing/griefing.

Screenshots are only for In-Game and Lobby chat violations.

Replays Do's:

• Review your replay before uploading.
• Verify to the best of your ability that the incedent was not merley an accident or lag related.
• Note time of allegid event(s).
• Note In-Game Name(IGN) of allegid suspect.
• Provide your Account name, In-Game Name(IGN), and the In-Game Name(IGN) of the allegid suspect.
• Write a clear consise description of events.

• Do not upload a replay everytime you get hit in a race.
  There are many times that a hit is caused by either poor driving, judgment error, or lag.
  Accidents do occur.

• View your screenshot before uploading.
• Verify that the screenshot cleary shows the allegid suspects violation.
• Provide your Account name, In-Game Name(IGN), and the In-Game Name(IGN) of the allegid suspect.
• Write a clear consise description of events.

• Do not upload screenshots as proof of crashing/griefing
  We will not accept screenshots as proof of crashing/griefing.
  We will disregard any and all screenshots uploaded for this purpose.

• No Action - We use this when there is no violation, used for lag related crashes and accidents.
• Watchlist - We use this when a replay is not absolutley clear as to a violation.
• Warning - We use this mainly for your first time intentional wreckers.
• 3 Day Ban - We use this for obvious violations that are more severe and warrant a ban.
• 1 Week Ban - We use this for your more severe griefers and those that have been warned or banned before.
• Perma Ban - We use this for your habitual offenders and the obvious suspects that we feel are there only in the game to cause others grief.

• upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that spreads messages of terror or depicts torture or death-gui; if serious enough, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted;
• harm minors in any way, this includes any form of child pornography; if serious enough, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted;
• upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

By using the Services provided by Abuse Reporting System, you agree to the following:

Abuse Reporting System Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws, is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by patent, copyright, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. If you use another party's material, you must obtain prior authorization.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are the author and copyright owner and/or proper licensee with respect to any hosted content and you further represent and warrant that no content violates the trademark or rights of any third party.

Abuse Reporting System reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer's transmission(s) that, in Abuse Reporting System's discretion, violates these policies or violates any law or regulation.
