Community Volunteer are people that Aeria Games recognizes, for their contributions to the overall Community. There are different types of volunteers, such as Moderators, Street Team, and Game Sages. They are each recognized for their unique contributions to the community. They dedicate their time, efforts to help the community, and spread goodwill. In general, they provide a good examples and foster leadership.
Aeria games recognizes that these people provide a very important role for the community, and identifies them in game, and on the forum so that they may be recognized.
The requirements to be a Community Volunteer are :
- Must be over 16
- Must have time to contribute to the community in their specified role
- Have record of contribution on forums and in game
- Have strong people skills and enthusiasm and knowledge
- Have desire to expand and improve the community
- Show teamwork and ability to work and foster discussions with others
- Have or be willing to meet any additional requirements in their specified role
- May not be on any watched or banned lists.
Membership to for all Community Volunteer groups is limited. Recruitment, when open, is announced on the forums, along with instructions on how to properly apply.
Moderator
A Moderator is a community volunteer, who has been recognized for their contributions on the forums. They have been granted extra responsibility to help maintain the forum community.
The requirements to be a Moderator are:
- Must meet Community Volunteer requirements.
- Must have 3 months experience with the forum. (may be waived)
- Must have been an Aeria Games Member for 3 months.
- Must have met the forum post/contributions requirements.
Membership to the Moderator program is limited. Recruitment will be by individual invite only.
Street Team
A Street Team member is a community volunteer, who has been recognized for their promotional efforts for Aeria Games. They have been granted extra responsibilities in order to better help others find, and become informed about the offerings of Aeria Games. The requirements to be a Street Team member are:
- Must meet Community Volunteer requirements.
- Must have been an Aeria Games Member for 1 month.
- Must be willing to participate in Aeria Games Promotions.
Membership to the Street Team program is limited. Recruitment will be in the middle of each month, and be announced on the forums.
